This season, things have got to the point of ridiculous.

I am a Cowboys fan (having lived in Dallas for 10 years) based in the UK. Despite paying full price for game pass to get to watch my team's games out of market, in reality there's always a few each year that fall outside sane viewing hours which we get to see the next day, hoping we don't catch the result in the meantime.

The problem is blackout games. This year, out of the first 7 games of their season, four have been blacked out, and at least one more was a late game (meaning unwatchable till next day). So for nearly half a season of action that I have paid for, I get two live games, one game a day late (not game pass fault ofc), and 4 games that I cannot watch until two days later due to the crazy rule that blackout games cannot be viewed until 24 hours after the END of the game (generally meaning early hours of the morning UK time).

If it's not bad enough the NFL double dipping and charging game pass subscribers plus the re-seeing games to local providers, there's zero balance as to what the games that are lost are. Surely there should be an even spread across all of the teams? How can one team lose over 50% of their games? What value is that for a supporter?

To be honest, unless this mess is sorted out (and lets not even get started with the disaster swap to DAZN as a provider that the entire fanbase hates), this will be my last season with game pass. Might as well just sign up with my local tv provider as they seem to get all the games I want anyway.

Claimed loss: Half a season subscription

Desired outcome: 1) Fix the blackout game system so it cannot destroy one the ability of a supporter to follow their team live.2) Offer a reduced cost tier for the vastly reduced service that I am getting
