National Debt Agencies review: Debt review agreement bridged by National Debt Agencies

In January 2022 I entered on a contract with anational Debt Agency. And we both had agreement that they will deduct a monthly debit order of R6100 to pay the following creditors that I owe.

ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE

NEDBANK

TRUWORTHS

IDENTITY

BAYPORT

So at the end the month R1600 was deducted and only R1200 was paid to ABSA and the rest of my creditors were not paid. I have sent an email and follow up email where i requested a proof of payment to all my creditors and they are quiet and not responding.

I am too stressed because they promised to assist me to reduce my financial burden and now they have created a mess on my financial positions.
