National Car Offices review: Personal belongings lost

My rental car was towed from my apartment's garage to National Car offices (Rental agreement #[protected]).

Inside car there were personal belongings that apparently are lost so far. Tried to communicate several times to National offices to recover my stuffs (3 kids car seats, baby clothes, children toys, parking access sticker,...) but same answer: all stuffs haven't been located, maybe they were lost by towed company.

Reached out towed company and they said: it is impossible because we didn't have the car keys to access to belongings inside the car.

So, hard to imagine that at this point I didn't receive a clear support and answer from any National customer service agent and even the fact that my stuffs at this moment haven't been founded.
