Our truck was totaled on 04.12.2025 and this GAP coverage was through the financial company. We have had to do all of the leg work calling back and forth, causing delays. How does a CAP coverage that contracts with a financial company not have contact information? Finally went to the underwriter and GAP is refusing to cover everything and cant get a supervisor to call us back. Cant talk to the underwriter or a supervisor. Had to go to the dealership for the 3rd time to get more paperwork. Dealership said they have never had to do this when a vehicle gets totaled. Worst company to work with.
