My experience with Naked was mixed. While the products are of good quality and the website is easy to navigate, I found the customer service lacking. There were delays in shipping, and the response time to queries was slow. However, once received, the items were as described and met my expectations.

A member took me private for over 2 hours, I was so happy that we enjoyed ourselves and that I was gonna get some money even though this site takes 50%. When we finally got done with the session the website did not credit my account.
When I spoke to a [censored] named Lionel in support he started calling me a liar and was making it seem like I was making it all up.
This site clearly lies about monitoring private chats. They do not monitor them and do not even keep record that you had one.

I have been working on naked.com for 3 weeks now, and as they told me that they suppose to oay me every friday, but now it is third friday passed, and still nothing! They owe me about 250$ and all they say is, tommorrow, today, tomortow... Etc.. What a bull*t! Not fair at all! What can I do? I live in ukraine, and from here I can do nothing! Maybe anyone can help with advice? How to make them pay? I know ita not big money, but for a single mom like me its really big!
Ok well, im taking my words back, as they paid me, just a bit late.. But i am happy.. Will keep working with them! Think i should gave them chance before complaining.

Watch out for this site! They seem good at first, until the charges start flooding your credit card! I didn't pay for any 'credit' on their website, yet my credit card has been charged for over £90 ($140)! Their customer support is horrendous. You get an automated reply, then a stock reply asking you to telephone them (despite several times telling them I am not paying for an international phone call to try and correct their mistake). They have no interest in helping their customers (their attitude ranges from boredom and unsympathetic to downright rude and aggressive).
I am now trying to chase my bank up to start fraud proceedings, after Naked.com essentially told me they won't help me unless I telephone them and they don't care if it is their mistake.

rockchickmartinez... you violated the performer contract which CLEARLY states that all monies owed become property of injectedmedia if you violate any of their terms. Your signature is ON THAT AGREEMENT therefore you are owed ZILCH. And for the record, GIVING AWAY YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO CLIENTS IS FORBIDDEN. Not only is it a conflict of interest for the site, it is DANGEROUS and you could get yourself killed that way. Also, your 2257 agreement is simply a federally mandated age verification tool, there is nothing on that agreement that would help you in a lawsuit. Get a d*mn clue before SLANDERING a reputable company.

I heard that rockchickmartinez was fired for fraud. She was giving out information that was not allowed to be given out. It is clearly stated in the rules and the contract says if the rules are broken pay will be withheld.

I ve been working on Naked.com as a freelancer for about 3 months now.
I ve always received my payments on time, every schedualed Friday.
All went fine till last week.
I ve been trying to get answers from them about what happened to my account(which was suddenly blocked without any reasons or explanations) and off course all i really want is to get my final work-money for the last 2 weeks, about $ 2, 000.
I will paste it here all their emails and "no explanations-emails" so that if anyone passed th. same bad experience can email me and tell me what is to be done in this case.
It's true they didnt mention they would not pay me, but they avoid answering my emails so it is pretty obvious what are their intentions(to keep my 2 weeks money)
Again if anyone passed the same bad experience with Naked.com and didnt got payed, let's find together a solution, maybe to go to a lawyer and file a complain.If you read their agreement carefully it is not stipulated "no hold-back payments"
And maybe since there will be more of us, the police will take the proper actions and maybe the authorities.

Let me get this straight:1) my account has been closed " without any reasons or proofs".
2) the performer agreement says no hold payments whatsoever.
3)My photos and videos are still visible even if my account has been closed.
4)I havent been payed for the past 2weeks without any reasons.
5)Everybody complains on this forum about your company, so I will do that too untill this will be solved.

You just cannot mocked of somebody "without any reason and proofs" and I wont be the "easy-going" type untill this will be solved.
I saw other topics, similar to mine..In case all of this will be solved(ill get my 2 weeks-work money and proofs why they treat me like that) I will apologize and erase this topic.
Meanwhile keep away everybody from this company and please reply to me, so we can gather together and sue them using the agreement 2257 we have signed.

I purchased credit for livecams and it signed me up for another service that cost an additional $15. I tried to contact them to get the money refunded and nobody would respond to me. First, they said to call their phone number. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. I called again and it was 20 minutes. They avoid anyone that has a problem. They also pay their girls 20% of what they charge. Girls get $1 per minute, site gets $4 per minute. It's sex slavery.

Don't know who this company is but they are most likely scammers. My bank notified me they tried to make several charges for different amounts including one for $159.99 on my account. They may be phising information on PayPal because yesterday I got a notice from Paypal to update information which should have been a red flag because I barely use PayPal account. I had to cancel my card so that no more fraudulent charges are taken from my account.

Someone managed to hack my account and use up all my credits. They knew there was a problem because there was an error and a login code malfunction when I tried. I just called for the fourth time and finally I guess the third time they actually put my file in for a fraud check even though that is what I wanted from the first day I called and why didn't they do it before hand, they knew something was up. It's been more than a few days since they said they would get back to me and this fourth call they actually acknowledged that my account is being checked for fraud, but my account is still to be looked at and I have to wait a few more days again. It has been weeks and I probably won't even be reimbursed for all of this. I kind of think they just took my money and are trying to get off on it being a hack.
Three videochat studios from Romania scammed too by naked.com. They didn't receive payments and the official answer it was something like "[censor] off". The internet is full with complaints about this piece of ****.
They give the models the run around when it comes to money too... I've been trying to find out where my check is but all they keep telling me is that i'm not in payroll.. If I'm not in payroll how did I give shows and earn time? that is what I would like to know?
