Nacho Daddy review: Over billing

Made a reservation for my wife's birthday in person and was told no deposit needed. Called on the day to reconfirm two days later and a deposit of $500 was needed. On the day asked for the check and suddenly the deposit became a "reservation fee". Lack of transparency, asking to see their policy on this "fee" led to them calling the cops. Legal recourse beckons. Embarrassing, intimidation and just outright shady behaviour all around!
