I purchased on a "FREE" Trial their Instant wrinkle smoother and their Anti wrinkle face cream at a postage only cost of £2.49 per item.- a total cost of £4.98. I have just received my bank statement and have discovered they have deducted two further amounts of £59.95 and £79.95 from my account without my authority, two weeks after the initial transaction. As there are no other contact details, i.e. no phone number and no address, I have emailed them to request refund. Having noted all the other complaints on the web about this company, I have cancelled my card so they cannot take further monies from my account. It would be nice to think that by submitting a complaint, I and others like me, would get our money back but I don't hold out much hope.

Exactly the same thing happened to me, i had an email address for Mystique which i, ll look for cbp23 i informed them that unless they refunded the money they had taken from my bank account within 24 hours i would contact the police to deal with it, I don, t actually know if the police could have done anything i very much doubt it but it worked my money was refunded, But having said this in all fairness i confess their wrinkle smoother is fabulous its a miracle product that does exactly what it promises my only problem now is where to buy more

I have had exactly the same problems with Mystique after receiving their sample products. They then took £79.95 out of my account at the beginning of May and I have to date not recieived the goods. I also have asked my card company to look into this but I believe there is a UK addess and phone number but have not been able to find it. Any help would be appreciated please.

I also applied for a "FREE" Trial of their Instant wrinkle smoother and their Anti wrinkle face cream on 9th April 2012 at a cost of £2.49 per item.- a total cost of £4.98. The invoices clearly state 'Order total'. Emails were received the following day to say they had been dispatched but they were not received until 23rd April and were both in the same package with no enclosures. Our May card statement showed that Mystique had deducted two further amounts of £59.95 and £79.95 from my account without my authority, two weeks after the initial transaction. As there are no other enclosures other than the two free samples I looked them up on the internet and obtained their telephone number and had a blazing row, being informed that I had ticked the boz to say I had read the conditions (could not proceed without ticking the box... and what conditions could their be for a free sample? (a acam!) I cancelled immediately and obtained the address of the Chief Executive in America. I also informed my card Company,
I received a cancellation Notification email on 3rd May but they continued to send the more expensive bottle... and deduct from my card until we cancelled the card in early June so they could not carry on stealing money from my account. On the 26th June I received another cancellation notification email dated 10th June... this time they cannot take any more because the card was cancelled. Why are such malpractices allowed... or are they?
My card company has sent a complaints request to see if they can take the illegal amounts back and I am sending copies the the Office of Fair Trading and the Companies Chief Executive. I believe this is a scam and I am entitled to my money back... but I am not holding my breath.
The addresss of the Chief Executive in America, given to me by his British staff is as follows:
Mr NICK WALTERS
SUITE 1007
75 AUBURN STREET
PORTLAND
ME04 103
USA
