Mystique Brussels Griffon review: Breach of contract, product not delivered

Hi, My name is Daphne Krampe. Please help me rectify this issue. I purchased 2 puppies from Bev Thomas with Mystique Brussels Griffon on Jan 29, 2021. I signed a purchase agreement on Jan 12, 2021. Her cell number is (660) 537-3177 and her email address is [protected]@yahoon.com. The puppies were born on November 16, 2020. I purchased 2 black and tan male puppies, one that went by the name of "Turtle" or "Milo" and the other we purchased last minute went by the name of "Pogo" or "Max". She states that all of her puppies are AKC registered. (see attached)

The contract stipulates that the registration papers will be sent upon proof of neuter within 30 days. Although the contract says puppies shall be neutered at 12 month of age. Bev messaged me on Jan 22, 2020 and said that she was OK with me neutering them after 6 months (see attached).

Both puppies were neutered on 8/19/2021. Documentation and proof of neuter was sent to Bev by email and text twice since 8/19/2021. She has not accepted the documentation as proof and refuses to send the registration papers. It has come to my attention that the litter born to Mystique's Charm School Drop Out and Kalends Follow Your Dream (Bev Thomas owns both) on 11/16/2020 was never registered with AKC, and as a result, I cannot register my puppies as she advertised. She has stopped responding to any means of contact once proof of neuter was received. I have tried to resolve this by phone, email, text and messaging. She will not reply. Asking for help to resolve this issue and to get her to fulfill the contract that was agreed upon.
