Myshedplans.com review: Does not deliver what they purport to sell you

I ordered the plans with several "add ons" for extra money and downloaded what I thought was "12,000 shed plans". When I opened the file, there were only about a dozen plans and only one was in the dimension (12x12) I needed and its design was not at all suitable. I filed a request with MyShedPlans.com to get some solution on getting what I paid for (12,000 plans) and many weeks have passed with zero reply. Even a 2nd email to their customer service has produced no response. Their website says they will reply in 48 hours. Don't waste your money on this business.
