MyCRC review: Criminal record check

This complaint is about multiple things but is overall about the Criminal Record Check process.

1. The captcha in the beginning was broken— it wouldn’t authenticate. I tried to do this on both my laptop AND phone.
2. The site has multiple problems and bugs; it won’t let you edit in boxes sometimes if you type too fast, insane loading periods (my laptop is a beast, shouldn’t be an issue), and overall unfriendly user interface.
3. It cost me $68 and some change for this Criminal Record Check THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE NOR WAS EVEN ABLE TO FINISH THE PROCESS. I have not been refunded even though I have already sent two emails about this request.
