My Ticket Tracker In Connecticut review: order # [protected]

I received an email back in January 2018 from Box Office Ticket sales regarding Foreigner presale tickets.

I do not purchase very many concert tickets, but the ones I have purchased in the past once my credit card has been charged the amounts- I receive an cemail either the same day I purchased them or the next .
In the email would be my tickets that I could PRINT and take to concert .
I had/have no idea what a E- Ticket is, and I'm not one of those people that use my phone for everything.
When I went to purchase my Foreigner tickets ( for 4/21 at the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, La.) The purchase somehow ended up being with "my ticket tracker "
I had never heard of my ticket tracker and figured it was a way to track my tickets .
I sat back and waited for an email with my tickets .. ended up calling - was told it would come to my phone - waited another month - called a few days ago and was explained how I would get these tickets... sent to my phone the actual day of the concert!

I cannot make this concert - will not be able to get off work -
And I am trying to either get a full refund - or sell my 4 tickets I purchased totaling $535.

I have been told that I cannot get a hard copy of these tickets .
I have been told that I will not be refunded my money .
There is at least 5 weeks before the concert for this company to resale the 4 tickets I bought and give me a refund .
I have made numerous phone calls to - Box Office Ticket Sales, My Ticket tracker, and even called The Golden Nugget .

I googled "My Ticket Tracker "and was even MORE alarmed to see all the negative comments posted about this company being a SCAM!
Even employees at the Golden Nugget stated they had never heard of My Ticket Tracker.

So - in the last couple days, and spending a few hours trying to talk with this company -some of these phone calls I was advised to post my tickets for sale on -

Well - I tried - when I enter the day of 4/21/18 that the ticket will be available - this website wont let me go any further.
So how can I even sell my tickets to get my money back ?

I am very concerned that this company is not genuine, and just from my ordeal - certainly isn't customer friendly .,
I even posted the screen shots from my google search where there are very unhappy customers that lost their money .. on my FB, and no one has heard of this company .
I am told this is a fraud and scam factory.

This company charged my credit card for $535 in January .. and almost 2 months later I do not have my merchandise .
I am being told that I cannot get my tickets until the day of the concert !
This is RIDICULOUS !
I have never heard of such a
Thing of not being able to get my tickets .
I cannot make the concert - and even if I could I am taking a chance of driving almost 5 hours to even get there ...hoping my tickets will magically appear on my phone so I can get into the venue !?

I am not letting this matter go, and I am not going to let this company just take my $535.

I have documented every phone call and every one I have spoken too - including some manager by the name of Meredith at My Ticket Tracker - address of

I either want hard copy of tickets or I want my credit card refunded the full amount.
