Refuse to refund
Hello,
I have bought the app to use it on my sons Iphone 11 after read, checked the phone on the site and also asked twice before the operator in live chat that if o cand acces the microphone. All the answers, yes.
I received a mail from them with an offer, bought itz installed. The app didn't work.
Again, asked te operator in live chat if it really works. He said yes, but install first with the help of the PC. Did it. Nothing.
Another operator said, but iti doesn-t work.asked a refund. They refuse even if i am in the 14 days period and the app doesn't work.
They tried to freeze the subsvription untill it works, i do not want that.
Also offer me 1 month free,then 3 months i do not want that.
I want a refund.
