This app is pretty darn good! It does everything it's supposed to with no fuss. The installation was fast and easy peasy lemon squeezy – anyone can do it. Also, I had to chat with customer service and a lovely woman by the name of Page Lank helped me out. She was a gem and fixed my issue straight away. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs to keep tabs on their peeps.

So I was tryna renew my subscreption on Myspy, ya know? But then I noticed that if I signed up for a whole new one, I'd get a betta price. So I hit up Myspy's help team, and lemme tell ya, Alex Scarn from Myspy was a real one. He helped me out and got me the sub I wanted, no problem. All I had to do was click on the link he sent me, and BAM, I'm all renewed. The help was top-notch, no complaints from this satisfied customer.

This site, My Spy, is a bunch of lies! They promised me that I could get a refund if their product didn't work well for me, but when I tried to return it, they refused to give me my money back! I even checked with their live chat before I bought the product to make sure it was right for me and that I could get a refund if I needed it. But now they're going back on their word and I'm not happy about it!

It's really frustrating that I wasted my time and energy on a product that didn't even work for me, and now I'm not able to get my money back like I was promised. When I called to speak to an agent about my refund, they told me something totally different from what I heard on live chat. It's a real shame that this company doesn't stand behind their product like they claim to.

I can't recommend My Spy to anyone based on my experience. Their refund policy is a complete joke and their live chat support team is not trustworthy at all. I wish I had done more research on this site before I purchased from them. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I have bought the app to use it on my sons Iphone 11 after read, checked the phone on the site and also asked twice before the operator in live chat that if o cand acces the microphone. All the answers, yes.

I received a mail from them with an offer, bought itz installed. The app didn't work.

Again, asked te operator in live chat if it really works. He said yes, but install first with the help of the PC. Did it. Nothing.

Another operator said, but iti doesn-t work.asked a refund. They refuse even if i am in the 14 days period and the app doesn't work.

They tried to freeze the subsvription untill it works, i do not want that.

Also offer me 1 month free,then 3 months i do not want that.

I want a refund.
