My Prepaid Center Visa Card review: Prepaid card

I was issued by the Judge Mathis Show at $35 prepaid Visa card from my prepaid Center I used $21.95 of it and then another transaction of $2.65 there should still be a balance of 9 or 10 dollars left and there's nothing there when I went to purchase a soda I went to the restaurant called the bowl I went to 7-Eleven then I went to Walgreens to purchase a $1.47 pop and it declined it in Chicago Illinois on October16tth 2022
