My Benefits Keeper Insurance/MultiPlan review: Health insurance

My husband and I had both Health Insurance through My Benefits Keeper back in 2017, they have different companies names that they go by one is known to be(1) Multi Plan Insurance, and My Benefits Keeper we were insured with them about 12 months after a year you had to change coverage at that time I change plan and I cancel Chubb's that's the provider that covered us. That was back in 2017 I found out that they are still taking money out of my account $269.96 that I cancel back in 2018. How i found out my husband looks at our bank statements and he thought that the amount was coming out of our account was the Health insurance that we have now, because I'm the one who set up the new Insurance. I call the insurance company it was difficult getting through to them, the call kept dropping so I call a different number, and i finely got in contact with someone name Kim I spoke with her letting them know that they had dropped the ball on their end about canceling my policy, and that I need my money be put back into my account. They are dragging their feet about putting my money back into my account.
