On 16th September,2023, I tried to start my 2016 Kia Sorento. I took it to Kia Mafikeng in the North West Province, South Africa for assistance. I was asked to pay R805 for a diagnosis which I paid After some days I was informed it was the battery. I bought a brand new battery. Later I was told it was not the battery but the engine.. I got a quotation of R285,575 for a new engine. I referred the matter to KIA South Africa thinking I qualify for the Kia lifetime warranty, 100,000 kilometres/10 years because my Sorento is 6 years old and has done ONLY 101,957 kilometres. KIA SA says no, they can only reduce the quotation to R175,309 for my loyalty to Kia. But still I can't afford because I am a pensioner. I still believe that I should be compensated with engine replacement or something but nothing That's why I have referred this matter to you Case Number [protected], given to my complaint. Thank you

Desired outcome: I wish I could get an engine replacement/money spent on Bolt/private car hire to town, Kia, etc.
