First of all, don't be fooled by any positive reviews you might come across. They are all lies! This company robbed me of my hard-earned money and then had the audacity to try and blackmail me. Can you believe it? They actually wanted me to remove my negative reviews before they would even consider refunding my deposit. How low can they go?

It's been quite some time now, and guess what? I still haven't received my money back. They are clearly not interested in resolving the issue or providing any kind of customer service. It's like they just took my money and disappeared into thin air.

To make matters worse, I have evidence of their blackmail attempts. They sent me some WhatsApp messages, trying to intimidate me into taking down my reviews. I couldn't believe what I was reading. It's absolutely disgraceful!

I am writing this review to warn others about the terrible experience I had with Muslims Holy Travel. Please, please, please avoid them at all costs. They are not to be trusted. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and trustworthy company for your travel needs.

Muslims holy travel asked me for a deposit of ?200 for an unreal travel package. I believed 'em and paid. When I found out that there's no package, I asked 'em to return the deposit back. They told me to wait, so I waited for 4 months, but they didn't return it. I don't recommend 'em and I don't think they're trustworthy. My deposits and money weren't in safe hands when I paid 'em to Muslims Holy Travel and I can't get anything back.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Muslims Holy Travel. Those 5-star ratings they have? Total fakes, my friend. Take 'em away and this page would be lucky to get even a single star. And let me tell you, the negative reviews? They've been piling up for years, all saying the same thing: these guys are all about deception and holding onto your hard-earned deposit money. It can't just be a coincidence, can it?

Let me share my personal experience with you. This company straight up scammed me and my kids out of our Umrah trip. And to top it off, they had the audacity to keep £700 of our deposit money. Can you believe that? Now, we're left with no choice but to book everything ourselves. It's a real shame, I tell ya.

And let's talk about Mohammed Faisal, the guy in charge. He may seem all nice and friendly at first, but don't be fooled. He's a disrespectful liar and a total two-faced individual. He'll act all sweet until he gets what he wants, and then it's a whole different story.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Muslims Holy Travel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a more trustworthy company. These guys are just not worth it.

SCAMMERS! DON'T TRUST!

So, we went ahead and booked this Umrah package for Ramadan 2023, right? We were all excited and ready to embark on this spiritual journey. We even paid a deposit of ?800, thinking everything would go smoothly. But boy, were we wrong!

The communication with these folks was just plain awful, I tell ya. We heard nothing but lies from them. Can you believe it? And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother to refund our hard-earned money. How unfortunate is that? They took our money in the name of Haj/Umrah, and now we're left empty-handed.

I'm telling you, all those good reviews you see online are nothing but fake. I'm convinced they were written by their own buddies. It's all a big sham, I'm telling ya. So, do yourself a favor and save your money. Don't even think about booking with these guys.

You know what? Mr. Faisal, the person behind all this mess, should really start considering taking the Zakat*** money instead of robbing innocent people in the name of Umrah/Haj. It's just not right, man.

But hey, we're not gonna let this slide. Oh no! We're gonna do everything in our power to expose this scammer and get our hard-earned money back. We won't rest until justice is served!

So, yeah, take my advice and stay far away from these scammers. They're not worth your time or money. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

So, I gave this company a call, right? And this agent named "Tanveer" tells me that the flight is gonna be direct and everything's gonna be hunky-dory. So, I'm like, cool, sounds good. But then, after confirming all that, this guy has the audacity to ask for a whopping ?200 deposit. And I'm thinking, alright, fine, I'll pay it. But guess what? About 30 minutes later, this Tanveer dude calls me back and demands another ?1600 to reserve the flight. Can you believe it? He says if we wait till the next working day, the prices are gonna shoot up. Talk about a bait and switch!

So, they finally send us the itinerary, right? And what do we see? It's not a direct flight at all! It's a flippin' STOP flight! And get this, on the way there, we gotta endure a 3-hour stop, and on the way back, a whopping SIX HOURS! I mean, seriously? That's just ridiculous!

Naturally, we complain to the managers, Mir and Mohammad. But guess what? They don't do a darn thing about it! They keep calling us wrong, like it's our fault or something. We tell them to listen to the recording of our phone call and send it to us, but they get all defensive and keep hanging up on us. Can you believe the nerve?

Honestly, we're so fed up with this company that we're considering taking legal action. I mean, seriously, folks, do yourselves a favor and steer clear of these guys. They're nothing but trouble.

Fraudsters!
They are so unprofessional, it's unbelievable. I booked a room in Madina for a whole week, and even after paying the full amount, I'm still being fed lies. I've wasted countless hours on the phone, and yet I haven't received any confirmation for my booking. They keep hold of your money and drain your time and energy.

Later, I decided to call their manager, Faisal Sheikh, to address the issue. He had the audacity to tell me that my room wasn't even reserved! Can you believe it? And to make matters worse, he offered me a refund only if I removed my reviews. I was taken aback by this blackmail attempt, and I flat out refused. That's when Faisal Sheikh's true colors showed. He became incredibly rude and arrogant, even going as far as threatening me to keep quiet about his blackmail or else he wouldn't refund me. Then, without warning, he abruptly ended the call. It's been three whole days, and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I've reported them to trading standards, and I'm seeking further advice to tackle this matter seriously. I wouldn't wish Muslim Holy Travel on my worst enemy after the horrendous experience I've had. Don't fall for their seemingly positive reviews; I'm certain most of them are fake. These fraudsters are nothing but scammers!

If you don't wanna have a super stressful time booking your trip, then don't even bother with Muslims Holy Travel, mate!

They gave me a quote at first and asked for a deposit to lock in the deal. So, I paid a deposit of ?60 and they assured me that the initial price they quoted would stay the same.

But guess what? A few days later, I get a call from the agent telling me that the package cost has gone up and now I gotta cough up an extra ?70 per person. I was desperate to book my umrah trip, so I reluctantly agreed to the price hike.

A few more days go by and I haven't heard a peep from the agent or anyone else at the company. So, I reach out to find out what's going on with my booking. And what do they tell me? The original fee quoted by the agent was actually wrong, and he shouldn't have given me such a low price (like seriously, why quote a price you can't deliver on?). They also drop the bombshell that the flights weren't even reserved for my booking (even though they told me they were!). So, I had to change my dates, mate!

And here's the kicker, the manager tells me I gotta pay an extra ?60-?70 per person because of the flight changes. Like, are you kidding me? Not only did the agent quote me a fee he couldn't honor, but they jacked up the price twice AND messed up my flight reservations!

I lost all faith in this company and decided to bail on the booking. I asked for a refund, mate. I sent emails and made phone calls, begging for my money back. The agent said he'd look into it, but he never got back to me. I had to bug them again just to find out if I'd be getting a refund. And you know what they said? No refund, mate! Apparently, it's against their precious company policy. Maybe they should have a policy for decent customer service, eh?

I'm absolutely gutted by this company, mate! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of 'em!
