My Ford F150 truck was driveable and driven into Treadquarters on 30 April 2018 and was offered back to me 13 July 2018. I brought it in for a state inspection, oil change and tires. When Treadquarters called me to pick it up on 19 May 2018, I paid $329.00 in repair cost but my truck would not start. I informed the Treadquarters staff and a new battery was installed but my Ford F150 still would not start. Treadquarters offered to tow my truck anywhere off the lot as it was no longer driveable with a failed inspection sticker.
I was summoned to court and charged storage fees because Munro Muffler is billion dollar company with more monetary resources and their own lawyers on staff. I lost my truck due to excessive storage fees and paid for repairs that I did not receive.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for repair costs $329 and 2018 market value of the 2004 F150 $2,500.
