MTU.com review: Karaoke products

I bought 5 karaoke programs for $424.97. My computers operating system went down and lost all programs Contacted MTU to get new passwords to reinstall and they wanted me to pay an additional fee for upgrades to told them I didn't need upgrades just wanted to reinstall what was paid for. They claimed they no longer supported the older programs and I had to buy upgrades which is total bunk. Their so-called upgrades are only bug fixes in an already flawed program. This is a forced to pay scheme that nears extortion. Needless to say I'm out $425.00 for something that was fully paid for. These people are Shams Shams Shams.
