MTA LIRR review: Weekly ticket bought through the MTA which owns the Long Island railroad.

Purchased the weekly ticket to get to grand central terminal from Woodside for 63 dollars. Purchased it on Sunday to try and save money from driving and to produce less emission from driving there. Date of the purchase was 5/14/2023. The first use was on 5/15/2023 and it said the ticket was valid till 5/20/2023 at 3:40am. However upon my dismay I was being charged twice and called mta. They were no help in fact the woman was extremely rude as well as the supervisor. To make a long story even longer I got refunded 21 dollars for something I never used. I think the whole MTA should work on being honest and transparent and I feel totally violated and robbed. I feel this action done to me was theft.
