MSC Cruise World America review: Very disappointing and unpleasant experience

My husband and I recently sailed in the MSC World America for a 7-day cruises, and sadly, the experience left me very disappointed. Most of the crew were not friendly and walked around with unhappy expressions. At time both crew and passengers looked at us as if we didn't belong. I don't know if it had to do with the fact we are Latin, but it certainly felt that way. The activity was always the same the music. Stateroom felt damp the entire time, which made it unpleasant to sleep or relax. Crew member didn't say good morning, afternoon, or etc. Also, I when to the boutique of the ship and I didn't understand the staff and ask to repeat the promotion, and he replied I already told you with an attitude. Worst money spent on this cruise
