Mr.Cooper Mortgage Company review: Written loan mortgage document never received from mr cooper

I can't find my mortgage loan document, the loan number is #[protected]. I don't remember receiving Mr. Cooper Mortgage documents in the mail. Doing business with Mr. Cooper has always been with the cell phone or going online. I don't think I ever received Mortgage documents. Can you tell me why? I need the documents because I need to show Mr. Cooper documents verifying my property rights when my husband passed away on January 2, 2021. Duane was a 20-year veteran.
