Took my he car in for service at 708 Rockville pike.

E UMANA Sevices the car on July 28th 2023, attempted to call John the manager on Saturday. He was not present at the time.

What’s odd is I had conference calls all day and needed the airpods. I didn’t go anywhere else that day, but I know they were stolen from the sliding center console. We have no proof, but why they are missing after service? I will track the Bluetooth to location.

I had an appointment for 2pm today for an oil change. I called at 145 to check to see if they were on schedule. She said yes. I arrived at 2. They didn't touch the car for 30 minutes until I complained and then they started. An hour later I saw the mechanic leave so I asked for a status update. He responded by saying that the computer inventory was incorrect and they had to drive to another store to get the filter. I'm still here and frustrated to say the least. I chose Mr Tire because they have a reputation for being quick and doing quality work and my expectations weren't met.
