Mountain Hyundai in Hamilton review: Complaint

Mountain Hyundai VS Randy Hill. My Hyundai sonata lost power and stalled in the middle of a busy roadway leaving me at the mercy of the drivers behind me. I call the dealship and give them the cars info and the lady said it is a recall. To make a long story short after having the person who tolled me it was free. I had her text me that. Ofcourse all of this was BS. The recall on this vehice was for 2 reasons. The first is loss of power and stall. The second it could become a fire ball. So in my frustration I wrote on their web site that theres only 2 reasons a person would be in a fire ball and the first is cremation and the second I part of European history and if the owner of the dealership was german I was cooked. The service manager then call me to say that to come and take my car because they dont tolerate any kind of racism. I had until 5pm to get rid of the vehicle or they would charge storage fees. So its either the owners are german and are sensitive to their history or just deniers of history and I must be a racist and they dont have to do the recall. Can they do this legally. and how is it that a possible death trap have limitations to a recall. HELP.
