Aubrie M is our filing agent. She is amazing. She makes all of our compliance needs extremely easy to deal with, keeping our company compliant. This review may seem over dramatic to some but I've had a lot of bad experiences and let-downs with companies and customer service, so I'm being completely honest when I say it is rare to find any company who delivers exactly what they promise AND has the staff/employees who can do their job intelligently, fast, efficient and precisely! Not one person has come across as inexperienced. I was especially impressed by Motor Carrier Safety Audit Compliance Consultants and their ability to have me on the phone for maybe 3-4 min to have me login to an account so they could take care of everything else I was supposed to do. It was so breathtakingly relieving and rare. I am sooo glad I hired these people!

When my fiance started his company back in July , we really didn't know much about how to go about to be DOT compliant, I had the opportunity to work with Aubrie Smith she took the time and walked us through what he needed step by step , when ever i need help with anything i didn't understand she was there to help if she was not available at the time she would call me or email me right away. MCSA has been handling our DOT compliance for several years. When applying for our DOT license, everything was confusing and I was so happy to receive help from a company that knew what we needed and took care of everything for us. There was one aspect that they explained to me that they could do for a charge, but was very easy to do on our own too, giving us the option to not accrue that fee. They contact us each time we are due for an update or renewal. I have no fear of an audit as I know that MCSA has been taking care of us! The last few years, we have been helped specifically by [Consultant's Name] May and she has been fantastic! I never thought that this company was the government when the called, as I've seen in other reviews. They have always been very clear that they are an outside company. It's so great to know that when anyone else calls and acts official that I don't need to speak to them because they aren't [Consultant's Name] or MCSA! My boss puts all of the correspondences that come in the mail on my desk and each time I tell them to throw them out because [Consultant's Name] will call me when things are due! The ability to not have to keep track and worry about timelines is invaluable! I hope this company stays in business for a long, long time!
