Motel 6 Elk City OK.

Arrived September 17th doa two day stay. The outside of the building had not been kept up, broken down vehicle in the lot and trash piled up.
Checked in and went to the room to check it out. A very strong tobacco smell in the lobby and hallways.he room was dirty: carpets in the hall way and in the room. Linens on the bed dirty and dingy, bugs in the tub, and the room so smokey it gaged you. Went to the front desk and asked for a refund and they said we would have to see manager at 5:00 that evening. Manager was not there but a clerk said she was at another motel and gave us direction. When we got there this lady told us that the manager was not there. Went back to Motel 6 and they told us the manager called and and was mad because they sent us there and we were not to get a refund. They did not offer us a different room and if they did we were not staying in that rundown filthy pit.
