This woman and her husband are scam artists to the T! and using poor little kittens as their ultimate ploy.
I paid a deposit for my kitten that I was scheduled to pick up this coming week 08/01/2015- I had not heard from her in about a week so I attempted to reach out to Kristin to see how my kitten was and to confirm our pick up date. Instead of responding, she blocked me on facebook, would not answer nor return my calls and when I went to her home, her husband threatened me and refused to even open the door to speak to me about this matter! I contacted the police, and will be taking this sorry excuse of a breeder to small claims to retrieve my deposit back. The woman never provided a reason, nor explanation of why she "pulled" my reservation nor provided any stipulation in the contract we signed when I paid the deposit that there was any ability of the breeder to intersect after the signing and deposit paid on 07/10/2015. instead just attempted to avoid me, I went to the police and went to their home with an officer but the husband wouldn't answer, instead followed up with attempting to BRIBE me into meeting him and his wife with the kitten to get the additional amount owed for the kitten.
this woman also is attempting to sell the kittens on an additional website with a pay pal linked!

i personally have never gotten any of my animals from a breeder. I get them from the humane society

I had the exact same issue with Kristin Meyer.I signed a purchase contract with her on 6/1/2015, to purchase one Siamese kitten. She informed me the kitten would be ready for pickup the last week of July, 2015. I was in regular touch with her up until July 6th, at which time she no longer responded to my email messages. She has since removed me from her closed Facebook group and her phone number she provided me is disconnected. I have also attempted reaching her via Facebook messenger but she refuses to respond. I have reported her to Facebook as a fraud and fired a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately the police won't touch the issue so any retribution will need to go through small claims court. I see she had been taken to small claims court at least one other time. At this point I'd just like my security deposit returned please spread the word and report this criminal when you get a chance (to Facebook or whomever else).
