Montefiore Clinic review: I didn't received no mental health services - medication.

Dear Sir/Madam:
I, Ryan Rivera, give my authorization to my brother, Tony Bobet to write this complaint for my behalf.
I resided at 1710 Seward Avenue, Bronx, New York City, 10473. apt#5-g. I am filing an complaint to Montefiore Behavioral Health Center with Westchester Square, located at 2527 Glebe Avenue, Bronx, New York City 10461. telephone# [protected]. My reason of this complaint. No one called me for my appointment and didn't got a called back. My original psychologist, Dr. Cole Rhiz. But, he told me that he is couldn't be there on my appoint and I going to get an substitute, psychologist, Dr. Diane.
On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 11:15 am in the morning, I was awake to received an phone call from the substitute psychologist on the day of my appointment. I had call the center and gave me the run around that they will call me back at the day. That, was a lied. They went home for the day. I am very disappointment that a medical and Behavioral Health Center let me down. I thought that they were good medical center. I am very disappoint from them. Honestly, I have trust them. But, I was wrong.
