I purchased a plan on 12/3/24. I spoke with your representative, Isaiah. During this conversation, he said I could receive up to 75 percent off on my second room, and I should have no additional fees if I stayed on the lower level inside the cruise ship.
I called 1/7/[protected] to schedule a cruise and spoke with Janey. When speaking with Janey, I wanted an ocean-view room. The first room has three people with a cost of 2, 146.50. The second room was quoted as $1725.50, which is $3,872.00. I asked about receiving the discount, as I was told during my agreement on 12/3/24 with Isaih. Janey stated that the percentages are automatically taken out. (#2 being frustrated),
#3. So, I paid for the trip, and Janey called me back, stating that I needed to pay an extra 210.50 to complete the transaction to sail. She stated that she spoke with her manager, and he would email me a complimentary 4/5 day trip at no cost because she had to call me back for the additional payment. I have YET to receive this CALL.
1-8-25, Called and spoke with Duke, asked to speak with a manager, he stated that he don't know where his manager is. I asked if they had an P.A. system. He stated they don't and he just got back from luck. I asked if he could ask a co-worker ( i got crickets) from him. I said can you help me out, nothing- he transferred my back to the queue with no indication for the transferr.
THE HOLD TIME IS AWFUL--- I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR TWO HOURS. LUCKLY I WORK FROM HOME...
Finally spoke with Kristine in Guest Services- and of course- she is not the person that I need to speak with. She doesn't handle curises complaints. She puts me on hold to see who I need to speak with... this is CRAZYYYY
I paid for two different plans, and I would like one account to be refunded and up to 75 percent off of my second room, as I was told. I paid over $4000 but should not have paid that amount. I am finding out that this company lies about everything. People don't have time for this. I take people at their word, and your company is making me NOT trust anyone connected with MONSTER.
I have experienced nothing but lies, lies, and more lies.
Desired outcome: refund........ a call
