MoneyControl review: Refund the money or make the subscription active

I paid for a PRO subscription on june 25th per msg below. But as on July 9th, My subscription is not activated. I have called Moneycontrol several times but each time I got a recorded message that "can not take calls due to high volume, please raise a complaint on the website".

ICICI Bank Acct XXX142 debited for INR 365.00 on 25-Jun-21 & moneycontrol.[protected]@indus credited.UPI:[protected].Call [protected] for dispute or SMS BLOCK 142 to [protected].

I raised complaint twice on moneycontrol site per below and tickets were generated but have got no resolution.

Did not get any response till July 7th when I raised another complaint.

Support staff of moneycontrol are pathetic and lazy and fraudulent people with typical corrupt mentality with no one from the company to check.

Moneycontrol which is part of Reliance Group is A BIG FRAUD. They have no one who can respond to customer query or any problem.
It's like I am being cheated. Fortunately it is a small amount Rs 365 so not a big deal. But how many people must have suffered like this.

Is there any law to punish such corporates. I do not know who to complaint otherwise. Such corporates should be strictly punished and heavy fine. Then only the corruption will go from India.

MONEYCONTROL PRO IS A BIG FRAUD, PLEASE BEWARE.
