The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I think the comments by Ian Hammelton are absolutely a load of utter rubbish. Iain McCulloch has represented me on three occasions, one resulting in Court action today, where I was successful, and he has been great. I cannot recommend him or his company highly enough. He has provided great advice on two occasions and definitely would get in touch again if I needed any further assistance.
So please do not take any notice of what Mr Hammelton says, it is quite untrue and needs to be put where it deserves ... in the gutter.
Clearly in any contentious litigation there are always people who feel aggrieved and have an axe to grind when they have to pay out or face the prospect of paying out on a claim.
