On 12/28/22 my daughter [edited] placed an order on the Moe's app at approximately 9:08. She ordered only a burrito for $12.11. She went to pick up the order at 9:15 and the Chelmsford location at Drum Hill was closed. Their posted time for closing on a Wednesday night was 9:30 pm. This morning my daughter got an email for her order saying that it would be ready at 11:17 am on 12/29/22.
I went into Moe's today 12/29/22 to speak to someone and there was no manager available and they would not refund me or give me a store credit. I left my information on a register receipt with the head cashier.
I don't think I am unreasonable in asking for a store refund or a restaurant credit.
We went to Moe's twice. Please advise.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund back on my credit card or a Moe's gift card for purchase price of $12.11
