Modern Life Trend – Sweeper robot vacuum, received it, doesn't work, it won't move! ( 1 comment)

I purchase a robot vacuum from this online company and received it relatively fast but the sweeper is a joke. It doesn't move and it's supposed to work on carpet and floors. The sweeper doesn't sweep, it failed its purpose in life and I am 80.00 dollars short and very unhappy.

How can they deceive people so easily, making fake reviews and even making this vacuum appear on the top 10 best robot vacuums for 2023.

I truly don't believe this sweeper is defective but the product was known to be junk and this people are trying to make money from honest, hardworking people like myself.

I am trying to go to a website to email this company but so far, I see no way to communicate with them.

I called my bank but they need me to start the return so they can follow up with the claim.

Please, help me...
