I ordered 3 Bulb Cam products for $117.96. I never received my product.

I tried to email the company numerous times but they wouldn't respond. I even filled out their contact form on their website. No response. I tried calling them anytime day or night and their line was busy. When I emailed that I would like a tracking number so I know if or when I'd receive my product. No response. I asked them if they could tell me if they even sent the product. No response. I wrote them so many emails that they finally sent back one saying they were sorry I was unhappy with their service! LOL Are you kidding me! I explained all I wanted was MY PRODUCT, or at least send a tracking number. No response. AND now they RETURN my emails! I can't call them. I can't correspond with them. I have no products!

What kind of scam operation is this place running? How many OTHER customers have they done this to!?

I had placed the order through PayPal THINKING that I was somewhat protected by using PayPal. But apparently NOT! I'm now going to cancel PAYPAL because they said "You need to keep TRYING to correspond with the company." Well, how ludicrous, if the company doesn't respond how do I correspond with them?

Desired outcome: Wanted my product, but NOW I want a refund of my $117.96! If this company is NOT reputable enough to communicate about a product I didn't receive, then I don't want to deal with them at all.

I've never heard of 5his company. I have charges on my PayPal, I disputed it, paypal refunded me and then now reversed the dispute and made my account negative. What is the next step? I want my money back.

I ordered Modern Life Trend's Chiller AC. First off, it did not do what it said it was going to do. It was supposed to cool my bedroom, but did not. To make it worse, it stopped turning on. It would only turn on sometimes. I only had the product for 2 weeks and it completely stopped working. So, I went to the USPS to ship the defective product back to Modern Life Trend, which cost me $9.50. I asked them to reimburse me because I should not be responsible for the cost of shipping back their defective product. I provided them with a copy of my receipt and they denied my reimbursement. DO NOT ORDER FROM MODERN LIFE TREND. As you can see there are others complaining about this company.

I ordered through PayPal 2 swivel security cameras with warranty for $111.98. Did get them but they would not connect with Wi-Fi and work. I sent them back as instructed December 31 through USPS and thought I’d get a refund in a week as they said. After 6 weeks nothing. No refund plus I am out the $15 cost to send items back to California. Looks like other folks are having a worse problem. I discontinued the PayPal account for charging items.

Horrible, horrible, horrible never sent this place any money. Just flush you money down the toilet! Terrible cheap crap products. No customer service. Don't put yourself through this!

Contacted its cs@imoderntrends.com (as listed with order notifications) twice to request refunds, was told one order shipped via USPS with a tracking number link provided. This link only shows a shipping label generated in December 2022 without items submitted to USPS to ship. Rechecked the order website, it states UPS used for shipment of orders. The UPS link at the order site is fake too. Emailed cs@blackbird4k.com found at the website, but got an undeliverable reply.

The overall experience and the complexed information I found indicate a scamming operation at this listed store.

I am having $101 taken from my checking account monthly. The phone number listed on my account is invalid as it a Google search for the phone number.

I totally understand.. I ordered 5 bulbs for $204.99 and never got them.. yes absolutely a total scam.. they even tried to when I finally contacted them they told me they were going to refund me.. instead of refunding me, they tried to charge me again.. when I saw that on my credit card under pending, I immediately cancelled my card.. so I told BBB about it and the same story as you had with PayPal.. once again they are a scam, don’t buy from them..

Same here I ordered something 3 months ago the site still says label created the first response from them was holiday takes time with shipping ok I get that second one was sorry here is a coupon to use and since then they have been dark. This company is supposedly out of California well as far as I know it don't take 3 months to receive something form there last I knew. What a scam!

I have the same problem with them except I didn't even order anything from them and they charged my credit card over $150. I have no idea how they got my credit card. I have a sneaking suspicion how they got it. Wish.com Geek.com and there are other names that I think they sell their products to may have been how they got my credit card. First they charged my card $1 I guess to see if it worked then they charged me $19.99 for what I have no idea. Then another charge for $139.00 all at around the same time on in one day. I guess they hope that people don't look at their statements. I check my credit card balances constantly because this is the 4th time I've had fraudulent charges on my credit card. I will no longer shop on any of those Wish.com type websites. And Etsy too they commit all kinds of fraud all the time.

We ordered 2 drones from this company in October 2022 and have been battling every since to get the drones or the money back. They broke our order up into 4 separate orders and put in an unauthorized subscription in for each one. We finally got the subscriptions cancelled but had to go to our credit card company dispute the other charges when the company went dark after we finally asked them to cancel our order that they couldn’t seem to be able to ship.

Similar experience here, ordered 2 drones, they actually arrived but clearly used/broken and of junk quality (just a plastic model, not a working drone of any sort, 99-cent store quality). Requested and received an RMA, returned them the next day (USPS proof of delivery). No refund, no response to emails or phone messages, they don't even answer the phone, the website has removed essential contact info. It's a total scam. Will proceed to file an FTC complaint, a (separate) California consumer protection complaint, and attempt to get a refund from the credit card company. It is clear they have no intention of abiding by normal honest business practices.

This company sent me a used damaged product that I had to return at my cost. I have had no satisfaction with the customer service department other than this is their policy. They should be responsible for proper shipping and handling and not selling used products without informing the customer.

This happened to me as well and I had to cancel my card. They racked up almost 1K of fraudulent charges.

I too ordered a bulb camera. I received an email from USPS that my package was delivered. But I wasn't in mailbox. Contacted usps

They said carrier had delivered to wrong address. But my camera bulb was not what was sent. Still trying to resolve issue. My bank contacted Modern trend and they said the shipped the heater I ordered . I sent my bank copy of my order confirmation. Which show a bulb cam. No one is taking responsibility

But I'm still out of ,$60.98

I too was scammed by this company. Didn't receive my item and requested a refund, the company said it was refunded to my paypal account even provided a fake number. I waited two or more weeks and tried again well they would take care of it right a way SURE. finally received a product and called to get a return number, followed all their protocol and the tracking number showed receipt on their end. I called again and got a very rude person, who basically called me a liar ,that they had refunded. The next thing I got an email that a replacement item is on it's way. Finally got a very helpful person at Paypal and supposedly the money will be in my bank in 2-5 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I have learned an expensive lesson and hope I remember it next time

I also have been scammed by modern trends co.

On 11/9/2022...I ordered drone4k...they suckered me in with getting a second one...for additional discount. I figured good gift idea. Well,PayPal used my old shipping address. I contacted the company the next day 11/10. To correct the wrong address.,to no avail. The shipping label was created...but not shipped. After countless emails and attempted phone calls...nothing. I had to drive 42 miles to my old address and get in touch with new resident. I did that successfully. Package is out for delivery 11/28/2022. Waiting to see now what piece of garbage I'm finally getting. I recieved email this morning from modern trends...stating that it is in the possession of USPS...they would have to change address.

This company is a scam! Never buy from them! Filing a BBB complaint. There are many complaints on BBB with this company's name attached.

I too have been a victim of this scam company and to add insult to injury, someone at the company used my credit card information to make multiple purchases. My card has been canceled and I have to clean up the mess as well as not get my $ back. I'm filing a police report. Anyone have a valid phone #, physical address, or name of the person running the company?

I believe I was recently ALMOST scammed by the same company, different site, different product. I ordered 4 galactic fidget spinners for myself and my 3 kids for $137. The site is GalacticFidgetSpinner.com. The site itself looked very legit to me and was even a link I followed from a very credible magazine doing an article on Oprah’s best gift list of 2022. It’s also the first site that pops up when you google galactic fidget spinners. Didn’t see any red flags till check out. Then it asked if I wanted to add more at a discounted rate. There was no way to say no thank you, exit out, or proceed to check out. So I hit the back button and wasn’t sure if my order even went through till I got an alert from my card company of the purchase. I didn’t get to pick the colors, or get a page that said order processed, or an email with a confirmation or receipt. Called the number and rose my concerns to them and then they immediately sent an email with my receipt. A week and a half later still no email with tracking info, still no other emails, still no product. I then called again and said how I thought it was shady that there was no tracking info they said I would get the tracking info the next day but I never did. Card company said call back and ask for a refund if you believe you were scammed. So I did, they gave me a cancellation number and I thought I’ll never see that money. However, the money was put back last night. The sight Galactic fidget spinner also talks about their companies other electronic products although it does not showcase them. They do have a phone number you can call and an email that actually work and the charge was from modernlifetrend.com. I’m not sure if this is helpful but maybe you could call the number from that site and try to get your refund that way. They do ask what product you’re calling about when you call. They also tried talking me into keeping my product and were very persistent about me not canceling so I think it’s one of those deals where if you keep the order you just never see the product or money. Hopefully this helps!

i order 2 bulbs and received a tracking number, but it has never been received by USPS...I too, paid with PayPal thinking it was a bit safer...I have sent 3 emails and called several times. i do not get a busy signal but rather this number cannot be complete as dialed...I think maybe this is a fraudulent company...

I'm still waiting for my order that was placed 10/18/22, tried emails and calling with no luck in getting anyone to respond! NO MORE ON LINE ORDERING from any company, my will be in a store with a salesperson and pay in cash!
