HiredMock and Company plumbing to remodel our master bath. Was informed it would take 2 to 3 weeks to complete and would cost $8000.00. Paid $4000.00 upfront for materials. A week later they started asking for more money for materials. They would come to our house and work maybe 2 to 3 hours at a time. Always say they were on the way but would either never show up or take hours to get here and work 2 or 3 hours. After 8 weeks and $6000.00 later we noticed a lot of problems and told them not to send the worker that had been doing the work again. Everything they had done needed to be ripped out and redone but they said they would fix the problems but not redo them. We ended up hiring another company to redo the bathroom which cost us another $10,000 dollars. Some of the problems they had to redo were: shower floor would not drain; shower wall tile started at top and worked down instead of starting at bottom before shower floor was done; bathtub drain not straight and would never seal and old toilet drain still connected and filled with concrete chunks and painters tape. There were other things to numerous to list. We found a group of people online after being scammed by this company who had also been scammed by Mock and Company Plumbing. DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM.
