Some gremlin canceled my this week's order. My card was charged on Monday and the order confirmed. It never arrived yesterday. Someone canceled my order on the day it was supposed to be delivered. No advance notice, no explanation given. The chat feature is simply an insufficient AI assistant that tells people to make sure their payment information is accurate and to check the orders webpage. No real person available to jump on the chat - only a "we will send you an email." Totally unacceptable. Now I have to cut out time to go to a grocery store. Coincidentally, I was at Costco yesterday. When the email was sent. Would have been nice... So here are my recommendations: (1) have customer service available to jump on a chat (2) make sure that when you confirm an order you can actually fulfill it (3) send a text ASAP with explanation when something goes awry. Communication and reliability are beautiful things. Who and why was my order canceled by Misfits?
