Mirage Stone review: Outdoor bbq fireplace

We got the fireplace from Mirage stone and have numerous issues, most were resolved, but still waiting on the door assembly.

After finally getting our unit together with alot of tweeking and 3 people. We had our first fire on April 11th. That enjoyment ended when the firebrick inside the unit exploded sending rock and embers into our guests. I have reached our to Mirage Stone numerous times, sent the pictures below but no one responds.

I am also filing a complaint with the DCA stating that these units are very dangerous and should be removed from the market.
