I paid Miracle Method in August 2025 to resurface my guest bathroom tub/shower in the color of Biscuit. In the months that followed, a new ceiling, bathroom exhaust fan, granite countertop, mirror, door and paint were completed. It was not until the bathroom Biscuit sink was installed that I discovered that Miracle Method applied the incorrect color to the bathroom tub/shower; it was White, NOT Biscuit. I immediately emailed Emily at Miracle Method on the same day. I was informed by Emily that "the estimators are out of town" for the next 4 weeks. Despite providing numerous pictures of the incorrect color, I was left with no other option but to wait a month for Brian, the Estimator, to come back out to my home to confirm the color was incorrect. When I contacted Emily to schedule the re-do to correct their error, I was informed that Miracle Method was booked out for the next 6 weeks. The owner denied my request for a refund. Clearly numerous dissatisfied customers successfully made credit card disputes because the only form of payment Miracle Method accepts is CASH and CHECK leaving me with no recourse but to be punished and penalized for 2 months and 2 weeks for Miracle Method's mistake. Although I wouldn't expect another customer to be rescheduled, Miracle Method has failed to find a prompt resolution to fix their mistake, such as offering overtime to a technician or placing me on a cancellation list. As I write this, I have 5 more weeks left so it goes without saying I would NOT recommend Miracle Method.
