Mind My House is a website where people can offer their homes to be taken care of by others while they are away. I used this website recently and, unfortunately, had a bad experience. I found a couple on Mind My House to take care of my home and animals while I was out of the country. At first, everything seemed fine and they had good reviews on the site. However, when I returned home, I found that they had robbed me. They stole over $1000 from me, which included money that I had left for my staff and money for food for my animals. To make matters worse, they also stole my truck.

I was devastated by what had happened and reached out to Mind My House for help. However, they offered me no assistance at all. They simply removed the house sitters from their website and that was it. I was left on my own to deal with the aftermath of the theft. I feel that Mind My House should take some responsibility for what happened and offer more help and support to people who use their site. At the very least, they should offer some kind of insurance to protect homeowners from situations like this.

The couple who robbed me were named Cassandra and Lauro. They seemed like a normal, trustworthy couple when I first found them on Mind My House. However, once I left the country, they took advantage of the situation and scammed me. It was a terrible experience that has left me feeling violated and taken advantage of.

Overall, I would not recommend using Mind My House. While the idea behind the site is good, the lack of support and assistance in situations like mine is concerning. I urge anyone who is considering using this site to be very cautious and thoroughly vet anyone who they allow into their home. It's a shame that I had to learn this lesson the hard way.
