Mill Point Medical review: Zero helpfulness = reception staff

= PAT the Receptionist is the most UNHELPFUL human being I have ever encountered on Planet Earth.
= on TWO separate occasions I have been STRANDED at referred Specialists due to PAT's inability to solve problems under time-critical pressure because PAT the Receptionist just does NOT use her Brain because PAT the Receptionisty has absolutely NO IDEA what she is doing
= PAT the Receptionist ALWAYS DEFLECTS her extremely UNHELPFUL misconduct by SHIFTING BLAME onto the PATIENTS in lieu of her own INABILITY to help patients in ANY time-critical need
= PAT the Receptionist also BLOCKS me from discussing her Repeated MISCONDUCT directly the GP's at this clinic
= I will NOT be returning to MILL POINT MEDICAL until after PAT the Receptionist has been FIRED for both her Incompetence and her blatant Stupidity.
