We bought a brand new AC unit from Milestone last year in September 2025. It stopped working yesterday after only one year of use. I read they are supposed to last 10-15 years. A servicemen came out yesterday and he could not fix it. He said they would call this morning
No call. I called back and the lady said it had not been put on the schedule. Then she said she would find out and call me back. That was an hour ago. Still waiting...
