Miko My wife and I purchased two Miko 3 robots for our daughters to give to them as Christmas presents

My wife and I purchased two Miko 3 robots for our daughters to give to them as Christmas presents. Long story short they did not enjoy these toys. I contacted the company and was sent a shipping label to return the robots for a full refund. It has been almost a full month since the robots were sent back and still no refund. Every attempt I make to call or email the company is just responded with "sorry we are working on it" I'm upset I want my refund and my kids want to use that refund to get a better Christmas gift

I placed an order and changed my mind. Then I also noticed *** used a card that is not even mine. The company website says can cancel before item is shipped. It has not shipped. Have asked like 6 times to cancel order and the will NOT cancel the order. They just keep asking why and I keep telling them with no response.

My kid got Miko as Christmas gift December . It has not worked like advertised, bought the Max *** and waited on the updates, still does not do what it was advertised. Over $400 for a product that constantly has to be plugged in or it dies, lags and freezes up. Beyond disappointed my child has not been able to experience the fun games and learning experiences this product was supposed to do.

We purchased two Miko robots as Christmas gifts and neither robot will connect to Wi-Fi. In an attempt to get the robots to do anything we purchased the addition $50 subscription for both and they continue to do nothing. I contacted the company and received an automated email with no follow up response. I emailed again to let them know to cancel our subscription and was once again charged an additional $50 this month bringing our total investment to well over $600. This company is a scam and the product does not function as designed and advertised.

Started asking them in August to cancel and refund my account as it was unusable. They gave me the runaround and told me they couldnt cancel it on their end. 3 months later after additional contact they magically could cancel it on their end but refused to refund the now second charge since I had requested cancellation. They clearly try to scam their customers. Their customer service is hostile and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

Miko Bought a Miko three for my son for Christmas

Bought a Miko three for my son for Christmas. Pay $200 for the product and another $100 for the additional application service to make the robot function to its full potential. Received the robot and it has been glitchy and does not power cycle correctly. The robot randomly turns on in the middle of the night and starts making noise and does not shut down properly. The robot does not do all the things that they claim it does online. And the robot does not recognize facial profiles like they claim it should. Company is being very difficult to refund me. They stated they would refund me but they keep giving me the runaround.

Miko I purchased a miko robot from them

I purchased a miko robot from them. Didn't work. It wouldn't connect to the WiFi. After several days of trouble shooting and calling them repeatedly they replaced it with a new miko robot. The new one is having the SAME EXACT issue as the other. I did days of troubleshooting once again and they refuse to refund my money stating that they checked the toy before they sent it and it worked. So basically they don't believe me. I know this is a common issue and they have to be aware of it already because there are so many bad reviews with customers stating the same issue. I would like for this company to do the right thing and send me a return label so I can send their product back and I can get my money back

Received Miko 3 *** robot on Dec 24 2021. Charged it and battery died within 3 hrs and wouldn't charge or turn back on. Opened Ticket No: *** Dec 30, 2021. Tech support recorded through *** Meet of it not working on Dec 30th. Since opening the ticket, I have received no help in the return of the broken *** robot. I have reached out through email and the Miko App on status but it never gets resolved. I purchased both the *** robot and Miko Max

I have asked multiple times to have a refund the robot does not do what is advertised. They refuse to talk about a refund and tell me they will fix it. I have had this thing for two months and my son cannot play with it.

Miko We purchased a Miko 3 on Dec 19 for our 9 y

We purchased a Miko 3 on Dec 19 for our 9 y.o. daughter. The *** videos depict an interactive and intelligent robot. We also purchased the *** When we set up the Miko 3 on Christmas day we were shocked to find a "robot" with very limited motion. It does not roam around or even follow simple commands, let alone play games as depicted in the commercials. The hardware is very glitchy and is not stable. We are attempting to return the product to the manufacturer but are getting canned responses for us to contact their customer service so they can "assist" us with our challenges. We simply want to return the product as it does not meet our expectations and feel duped by their misleading advertising. They are making the return process hard.

Miko I purchased 2 Miko3 robots for my daughters

I purchased 2 Miko3 robots for my daughters. They were a Christmas gift. The robots were not working at first and the company let users know they were aware of the issue. I signed up for Moby *** at an extra cost for unlimited usage. Our robots turn on when they want and do nothing that is appropriate for my girl's ages 4 and 5. I reached out to the company to get information on returning the robots so I am within my 30 day period. The company has refused to assist with this. Instead, they are requiring me to watch upcoming tutorials to learn about the robot. This will place me out of compliance per their return policy. I don't trust this product or company and just want to 1) cancel Moby *** so I am no longer charged 2) return the robots for a full refund.Please assist.

Miko November 22

November 22. $199.Upon placing the order, I immediately called to cancel because I talked to a customer service rep from outside the country. I was told by them that it was made and shipped from the US. November 26th called again about cancellation. They told me that it was taken care of and I would receive my refund. Called November 28th, spoke to someone outside the US. My order had shipped and they could not stop it, even though I gave 6 days cancellation prior. Shipping from ***. Told I would receive a refund and just return the package. No refund received. I returned the unopened package after it had arrived, was told I would receive a refund 48 hours after it was scanned. No refund received. Called company several more times and got no answers, no product, and no refund.

Miko I was looking at a Miko 3

I was looking at a Miko 3. I looked at some reviews and they suggested it didnt do what it said. I decided not to buy. I got a call a few days later from a rep who told me all these great things Miko could do and offered a $50 discount and that not to worry there was a return policy. Well the Miko came and it was nothing like they said. I was willing to keep it and see if maybe it would be updated. But then the battery stopped holding charge. Whats a robot that needs to be plugged in all the time? Rather than let me return the Miko in its original package, the company has been harassing me for weeks. So inappropriate this company will reap what is sows, and I will tell everyone to avoid this bad company. I filed a chargeback with my credit card, I want my money back. Amazing how this fraud operates!

Miko Purchased a Miko 3 for my daughter for Christmas

Purchased a Miko 3 for my daughter for Christmas. The website and advertisements suggests and shows that the product contains artificial intelligence which learns and grows through conversations with the child. However this is not true. The Miko 3 is purely application based and requires the child to push buttons on the screen similar to a tablet or cell phone. However a tablet or cell phone is even more advanced than this piece of technology. The price point was very high at $199 for a low budget *** on wheels. However it doesn't perform as well. When I called several times to get a refund which their website offers if not satisfied they keep telling me someone will call me. Its been over five days now and I have yet to receive a call. I feel the product is misleading and its been hard to get a refund

Miko WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.I tried to cancel my order the day I placed it! Which it clearly states in their return policy if the item has not shipped, they can cancel.They played games with emails and phone calls until they shipped it of course. NOTE the phone calls are totally inaudible. The customer service people speak VERY broken English and their phone lines have so much static on them.If you try to call them back they do not accept incoming phone calls. They will not send my return label or issue a return until I remove the dispute with the credit card company.It is bordering harassment and blackmail.Do NOT believe their return policy.And do NOT believe anything their customer service says.Hopefully my attorney has better luck with them.BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM.FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Miko I received a product in return for an editorial review with a national online magazine

I received a product in return for an editorial review with a national online magazine. Upon getting the item, it was defective. Once I contacted customer service, we spent about almost 9 months troubleshooting the problem via email, phone, and teleconferencing. Once deeming the items needed to be serviced, they sent a label to be returned. Since returning the $300 value item, it's been over two months and the company refuses to give me any valuable updates and continues to state that the item is in "repair". Granted, the item could've been replaced fully by another machine since the one received was 100% inoperable upon opening. They are still promoting this product online and available to purchase. I do not believe they have consumer best practices in mind as a company.The company has taken advantage of this customer, refuses to send the product back or have another sent in it's place. The entire ordeal has been in the works since December .

Miko Purchased a miko 3 AI robot from the company under the pretenses that the product performed all actions shown in there advertising and listing

Purchased a miko 3 AI robot from the company under the pretenses that the product performed all actions shown in there advertising and listing. The "robot" was stated to play hide and seek with my child, interact with his voice and act as a companion with AI learning. The product does none of the above and is nothing more than a tablet with wheels, when customer support was reached they repeatedly said it would be addressed in an update and no updates were ever pushed out and the company just kept trying to talk in circles. Upon my desire to return the product I was given the run around on how to factory reset the device they refused to just provide the information, and made it insanely difficult to get a return initiated. All in all the device was finally returned but the fraud of their advertising and perhaps the worst customer service I have ever seen this company needs to be looked at and I request they cease all contact with me. Thank you for your time.

Miko I have made multiple calls to request a refund of the item that I have returned over 30 days ago

I have made multiple calls to request a refund of the item that I have returned over 30 days ago. Per *** tracking item receivedi request 1/25.I initiated my return request back on 1/8. After numerous calls on 1/8, 1/11 and 1/13 I finally received a prepaid label to return my item on 1/20. On January 22 I dropped off my package and it was sent to Miko, per *** tracking number 1ZY908V79093149092 the item was received on 1/25. On 2/5 vashaysh (a representative from miko) confirmed the package was received and stated I would receive my refund in 3-5days. On 2/16 I called again and spoke to another representative by the name of *** who alleges escalating my refund request and stated I would receive my refund in *** business days. On 2/25 I wrote to them again and have not received a response. Today I have written to them for the last time and I have informed them of the grievance I am filing with the Complaintsboard.com. As of today I still have not received my refund of $234.00

During multiple conversations with them via email and over the phone they were made aware of these facts! I have been charged twice for the subscription for Miko! They know I have no access to the account or to the robot to delete my payment info! They will not refund me for those services even though we have not used him since 1/8/22! What kind of company knowingly charges you for services that they know you cannot access! I would like my $49.00 refunded that was billed 11/1/22 and my payment information deleted from their system! I have contacted my bank but Miko insists the charges are valid even though they once again were made aware that we have been unable to use Miko since 1/8/22. This type of business practice is unacceptable and any good company would have either advised me on what to do to gain access to the account to delete the info, or offered to delete it for me months ago!

Miko RN Chidakashi Technologies have recently launched a new toy for children called Miko 3

RN Chidakashi Technologies have recently launched a new toy for children called Miko 3. This AI robot for children promises deep learning capabilities and over time gets to know your child with the goal of encouraging better and more educational play. The product was ordered in November at an introductory price of $199 (usual price $299) and they expected the item to be delivered around November 17th. Which is was. I unboxed the product and set it up ahead of Christmas. During setup there were no issues, but I did notice that the product was very basic and did not seem to have AI capabilities. We wrapped it up and thought we would take a deeper look on Christmas Day. On the day, after our son opening his new Miko 3, the unit refused to connect to our WiFi although it had already been setup and reported a strong signal. Eventually a day later it decided to connect and our son was able to play with it for 20 minutes or so. We still didnt see any of the features as advertised. After that, the unit shut off and wouldnt turn back on. It would show its load up screen and then just freeze. That when on for days and I reached out to them via chat on their website. During those discussions the system completely crashed and started showing some backend Android coding on the screen. I sent a screenshot to the person on chat and they said they would have someone reach out. No one has and after multiple attempts to call them, there is no answer. This product not only is misleading in its advertising as to what it can actually do, it also does not work with no support from the company itself. Online Amazon reviews confirm the exact same story and I do not know what to do as a next step with an unresponsive company
