I haven't ordered anything from Midnight Velvet but I found they have put a negative item on my credit report. I have tried to contact this company for months and haven't been able to reach anyone to resovle this issue. This company needs to supply accurate information to consumers. The contact info on my credit report isn't valid. Midnight Velvet & Swiss Colony are one, along with others.

I have a problem every time with midnightvelvet, seventh ave, wards, as every employee gives a different answer. so I am always getting caught up in the multiple order hold, very frustrating, since I always call and talk to either credit or cust service before I order, they tell me I am fine I order and then get a letter saying 'we are sorry, but cannot complete this order at this time, then... if I cancel something, the send it and if I do want an item, they cancel it and then try and tell me that I hae cancelled the items just this past week, I cancelled a pair of shoes, as it saaid on the internet, that I could. and two days later, this grumpy old woman called me and rude is not the word, the way that she talked to me was awful, then she said, I could send them back but get stuck with the postage both ways, I am going to try to reach a supervisor and see if they might can help me on te postage, because I did cancel them, , they came to day. problems with every store, but am trying to rebuild by credit, I lost my credit due to having to quit my job and take care of my dying Mother, no regrets, she has since passed, so I am trying pay before my bills or due and usually pay more than my payment and get treated like I am dirt, as soon as I get establish again, I WILL NEVER USE THESE STORES AGAIN
