Midas review: The front desk female was very rude

Today, 3/15/2021, I choose to go to speeDee/Midas because they suppose to specialized in brakes and to have a Smog test done. I had the opportunity to go to a cheaper place for $10.00 less. Every single Male there was nice. The male manager told me the result of my brakes inspections. I planned to have the brakes, rotors, and axle fix there. I waited in the cold a little while longer, also press for time. no one came back. I decided to go in and the female at the counter offer assistance. I requested an email for the estimation and if I can pay to leave due to I have an appointment. She stated "my paperwork was there, the estimate, and I can pay and go", I then ask "what have I been waiting for?" She stated "she will call for my keys and I can go", I told her they are moving my car out now. She was rude to tell me that "We get busy and things get busy and that is how it goes". I stated "excuse me that is not very customer service like to say that to me." She then asked me for 68 dollars, I told her I show the guy earlier a coupon and ask, "did he not take it off." She stated rudely, "show me". I pulled it out again and she reached for it and I did not give it to her stating that I was told by the other guy that I just need to show it and I would like to use the other coupon on my next return. When I handed her my card she snatches it out of my hand. I stated again "excuse me" and she did not reply except slam the pen and the receipt on the counter for me to sign and then my card, and slid my card across the counter. I asked her not to do that and she stated to me "We do not have to go there" Again I stated "excuse me, go where, I do not want my card scratch or deactivated from you sliding it on the counter, I put my card in your hand and I expected it back in my hand" I went out looking for the guy who told me he was coming back, no sign of him, I told the other guy, "I was leaving and not coming back." I get home, now estimated of the work needed is not here, so I guess he did not want me back anyway.
