In April 2014 legislation was passed in the UK which allowed patients to choose where they received their health care treatment.
This bureaucracy decided independently of the law that patients would not have this right, probaly to save money.
Step forward a decade and patients were still veing denied their rights.
This bureaucracy lied on its website that patients did have this legal right.
Unfortunately, this organisation has a deep-rooted culture of lying to patients and the public.
