Michelene Toms review: EFT payment into closed business account with ABSA

Good day
On 27 october 2016, i made an eft payment of r3286.45, into peninsula equine, absa, bank account which was saved in my beneficiaries list.
Their banking details as follow:

Cheque account, tokai
They kept sending me reminders to pay their outstanding invoice which i told them that i had already paid. After sending them proof of payment we realised that i was still using their old banking details and they had changed banks in the interim. I spoke to someone at absa shortly thereafter who assured me that if the account was closed the money would be transferred straight back into the account from whereat came. This has to date not shown up on my bank statements.
Please will you look into this matter as a matter of urgency and refund the payment into my account as promised by your customer care person.
