I was playing at a craps table last night at MGM National Harbor around 1AM with a group of friends who I was explaining the game to. The dealers were extremely rude to the players, and routinely cheated the table. Two examples of the poor conduct of the dealers and pit boss are below.

1. One of the dice left the tub and rolled back in. Every other casino I've been to would have the shooter re-roll. Since it landed on 7, the dealers said no re-roll and took everyone's money.

2. I had consistently been playing every throw, and since I was explaining the game to my friend's I missed a 3 come out with the button off and my pass line bet was taken, and by the time I put my next $50 down I hadn't gotten it to the pass line before a 6 came out, but the dealer insinuated that they knew the bet I meant to put, so I had my pass line bet and a big behind the line placed. When I wasn't looking, the dealer moved both of those bets to odds on 6, and then a 7 came soon and they took all the money. When questioned, the dealers said I couldn't have my pass line/behind the line bets placed because I missed the initial 6 throw. I wouldn't have had that amount down if my money wasn't behind the line, if I had known she was taking it to odds I would have taken my money off of the table. Any other casino I've been to would have either (1) honored my bets or (2) told me directly they couldn't take those bets and ask if I want them moved to odds or if I want to take the money off the table.

I have spent a lot of time at casinos, and have never seen such clear cheating and mismanagement. When questioned, the pit boss said it "wasn't his fault I didn't understand the game". I understand the game - and I understand that MGM National Harbor either doesn't train their dealers properly or purposefully leads them to cheat players.

Country of complaint: United States

Desired outcome: Apology and a credit to my account of the bets that were moved without my permission
