I have asked the same question about my wallet and what happened to my tokens and everybody replies with the same thing what’s your public address and what’s your transaction hashes or any private keys that are related and I send them and nobody ever replies again. Terrible. The bots don’t answer questions and the “humans” never respond.

MEW is highly recommended.
Cryptos are secure. Too secure! I’ve contacted support 5 times in the past week seeking help with trying to get transactions to go through.
I keep getting error messages.
Customer support is a bot and people don’t respond. The message says I will hear a response in my email in 24 hours. That hasn’t happened.

I With 3 different pwould hope that with three different methods for being able to purchase crypto on the MEW site that at least one would work. I have tried on several occasions all three methods and I keep getting denied. This is absurd. This is not fraudulent in anyway whatever security they have Inc. is really going overboard if that’s the reason.

I have this app specifically for ethereum. Recently the price has been up and down a lot. This app by default sends a notification when the price has a quick change of + or - 5%. There’s no way to turn this off per their customer support. Unless you like getting spammed with price notifications, choose another app. I’ve since moved all of my crypto to Coinbase who seems to have notifications figured out.

Ever since they have added extra not-so secure, pin code my wallet is busted, I cannot snd my eth. I had to use my recovery phrase with another app, or my old device the stupid wallet was setup on, to access my wallet. The support never really fixed the issues. they just shrugged and moved on? I dont know but its been busted for 6+months for me. I'd avoid mew wallet now. They went from top tier to bottom rung

This app is a complete waste of time in the biggest ripoff I’ve ever seen I have no idea how it’s all five stars are almost 5 stars because they are charging you $60 to transfer any crypto on the platform***

I had originally created an eth paper wallet on YOUR WEBSITE with a private key. Now I find out I can NOT restore this wallet on your app?

You want me to expose my private key AGAIN on your website. And painfully since I have to manually type it from paper.

Then I have to pay MORE GAS FEES to transfer my eth into your app? Why?

If you want to encourage mass adoption of eth, you should make it easy for the user. You guys have failed that here.

Now I’m looking at other eth wallets that will let me enter my private key.

To access the myetherwallet website on a PC, you have to use this app on a phone to scan a QR code generated by the site. After scanning the code, the site comes up on my PC. However, after about 20 to 30 seconds, the app automatically disconnects from the website, necessitating having to repeatedly scan the QR code, only to be disconnected from the site another 20 seconds later. This has happened at least a dozen times tonight, even in the middle a Send transaction on the website as the page was processing. At this point, I haven’t heard back from support and have absolutely no way of sending my tokens to where I need to. So incredibly frustrating.

The people who are responsible for accepting your hard earned money on this apt take no responsibility when there is a problem! I moved over $2,500.00 of Ethereum to this app because they claimed it was the safest place to store my Ethereum. I never venture off this app. I made an attempt to purchase two coins from the list of coins on this app. Only one coin purchase was successful. The other coin that is offered on this app, and I attempted to purchase using this app, did not have a successful transaction. I have made several attempts to contact someone on this app to help me solve the problem, but I have not received a single direct reply to my request for help! Because the last transaction is somehow stuck in a continuous cycle, most of my Ethereum has been drained from my account. No one on this app will help me and no one takes any responsibility for what happened on their app! But, I just lost over $2,500.00 on this app!

I sent an erc20 to myetherwallet, I cannot add it as a custom token. The coin is Apes Go Bannanas (AGB)

I went through the chat support and all I get is the same documentation I initially reviewed on my own. I have been working on this for 4 days, reformatting my laptop, changing ledger nano S, buying a new cable and adapter. I think there is a bug in MEW software. I spoke to support in the chatbot, Jazmine essentially sent me the same docs that are public, her intentions were good but it wasn't a continuous dialog to get it fixed. I'm still waiting to hear from MEW support.

My account says it is 0 and there is no way.

I can not contact people customer service.

I have no idea of the earning reward possibilities of my investment. It is not easy access information

Be aware that MEW support does not work on the weekend so if you have some issue that needs immediate attention and it happens to be Saturday or Sunday, their offices are empty and you are screwed.

I like the wallet, but after the recent update I am not able to use it. The app shows only the white screen on start and then crashes after a while. Not possible to use any of the features or to access the wallet.

I purchased 100 bucks and there is nothing in my account. This app is shady. I will now have to call my credit card and dispute any charges. There must be a lot of fake reviews misleading people to download. Not recommended.

Tech support is not responding. And this is the most important thing, because I was sent a cryptocurrency, it appeared for a while and then disappeared. Who should I contact? Tech support is not responding. I don't recommend it.

I’ve e-mailed MEW’s customer service several times about an issue I am experiencing with MEW’s wallet and have yet to receive any response back from MEW’s customer service department. There isn’t even a telephone number to call for service support.

I have 2 mew accounts.
I recovered Toodles which appears to have been consolidated with my brachastar account, but I am not finding both accounts and never received any correspondence that accounts merged.
I need immediate response please.

Enter in pneumonic phrase, correctly mind you, just creates a new Wallet with with a new address using that phrase instead of linking to the existing wallet

Ether and token don’t show

Seems a little non-secure to link multiple addresses to the same phrase?

Cute animated logo doesn’t make up for terrible functionality. “Swap” feature has built in limits that aren’t realistic. Not sure why anyone would keep enough crypto in a hot wallet to satisfy these minimums. Nearly every other wallet seems to be more usable.

The customer support stated they’d respond within 30 minutes on their app; It’s been several days and no response (also emailed their support link)

Just want to know if all air drops are supported and passed to wallet owner or if MyEtherWallet is keeping for themselves.

AVOID - LOST ALL MY COINS. I wrote down their 24 word recovery phase, reset my phone a year later and entered the phrases as I’ve written them down in the same order, only for them to tell me it is invalid and there is no way to access my wallet anymore. Now I’ve lost all my coins.

Swaps fails, list my money, no help from support and many parts of the app under markets don’t load.

The default response from support for things users have no control over and the app should safe guard against: “We have no access and aren’t directly responsible.” I.E. have a nice day sucker

I cannot figure anything out. I can’t figure out how to deposit funds. I have no technical support. There is no one to call. Not even to chat. From the other reviews I’ve read. It seems like I see more bad reviews than anything. And it appears the developers respond to them, more than their emails.

Be careful with this app. Your pin may open the app and show you your accounts and their balances but doesn’t seem to work to reveal your passphrase?

Since I usually use the same pin, I doubt that’s the issue. Poor experience and thankfully there is only $0.12 in there. Time to delete. Just useless.

After requesting to close my account, this is the email I received.
“Whenever creating a wallet address on the Ethereum blockchain, they are permanent and cannot be canceled, closed, or deleted.”
An app refusing to omit my account is harvesting my personal information without my consent. I’m seeking legal counsel.

My wife and I have both attempted to install, configure and use this cryptocurrency wallet on our iPhones without success (each creating a separate wallet and using a different BofA debit card). The Apple Pay just fails, stating “Payment Not Processed!” and no other info/reason whatsoever. I’ve contacted support without any response.
