I've been using Wunderbit for about 8 months now, and I have to say, I'm not too impressed. One morning, I woke up to find that my position was still on the exchange and on Wunderbit, even though the market had closed. The indication that the market was closed lasted forever, and it still wasn't marked as closed on Wunderbit. I had to manually close it on the exchange (Binance) with more than 2x the stop loss set on Wunderbit. The stop loss was set to 1.7% on the interface, but when I woke up, it was at a 3.5% loss. I ended up with a 6% loss by waiting for Wunderbit to react. I just closed it manually.

The thing is, I know there was no error on my part because I literally don't trade on XRP. Only my bots do. I sent screenshots and proof of the bug on Wunderbit, as well as screenshots and proof of the loss on the exchange (Binance). I even told them that the position was still open on the exchange in my first message.

The response from the staff was not helpful at all. They said that sometimes the strategy will bug on the interface (Wunderbit) but not on the exchange, and that the position will be closed. They asked me to check if the position was closed on the exchange, and if it was, to send them the strategy ID so they could close it manually on their side. The thing is, the strategy ID and open position were literally in the first screenshots I sent them, so they didn't even take the time to look at them.

If you have any scalp/swing bots and this kind of thing occurs once every week or even every month, it will prevent your bot from entering new positions until you unbug it with the staff. And let's not even talk about the loss you could take with this kind of problem.

I didn't waste much more time from there. I deleted my APIs on Wunderbit and will not ask someone to close a bugged position every time it occurs. It's way too risky, especially on crypto.
