Metropolitan Life review: Annuity 403b

I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with this company. I am recently retired and I need help completing forms to withdraw my money.

I call every single day, different times of the day, and I get the same recording.

"We're experiencing high call volume, please try your call at another time."

This is every single day, no matter what time.

I need assistance in completing paperwork.
