Metairie, Lakeside Store review: Terrible cashier

I am writing to share the absolute worst experience I have ever had in the Lakeside Store. I came into the store to process returns that I ordered online. The cashier as she would not give her name, ( cashier# 3593448) started the process with a serious attitude and neglected to assist with the returns insisting that the items that I presented were not on the receipt when in fact they were clearly on the receipt. In addition, the items also matched the SKU numbers. I will now close my Victoria Secrets acct. and also share with everyone how terrible this experience was. I asked for the manager, Peggy who came out but was also reluctant to resolve anything as she appeared busy and not concerned.
